Chef Anthony is the Executive Chef at Kennedy Catering Corporation, having embarked on his culinary journey in 2004. Through dedicated effort, he has progressed through various positions, gaining the knowledge and respect necessary to launch his own catering company. His pursuit of excellence has led him to undertake extensive training and complete numerous courses, achieving the highest degrees of expertise vital for a thriving business, including quality control, cost management, and food quality.
Alongside him is Elyse, who brings over 10 years of experience in the food industry. In her various Management and Leadership roles, she has overseen training programs for staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with the company’s standards. Elyse is instrumental in maintaining quality while fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for all team members.
Together, Anthony and Elyse are not only passionate about cooking and creating memorable culinary experiences for everyone, but they are also proud parents to six children. Their family life enriches their passion for food, as they thrive on bringing joy to others through their culinary creations.
