Quick and Easy Overnight Breakfast Pudding


3/4 cup of oat milk

1T maple syrup

3T chia seeds

1T Vanilla seeds


In any glass container with a tight seal lids, add ingredients in the following order: milk, maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds. If you would like to add topping sin the morning, use bigger jars, otherwise use small jars

Sit well with a spoon or fork, let sit for 1 minute and stir 2 more times. This will prevent lumps

Refrigerate overnight

When ready to eat, sit well and top with favorite toppings: nuts, berries, coconut flakes etc.


Store: Refrigerate for up to 5 days!
