Enjoy this easy, 25 minute one pan dish that is both super healthy and easy to make!
Ingredients:
Red peppers - Triangle chop - 150g
Green peppers - Triangle chop - 150g
Red Onion - Large dice - 150g
Spanish Onion - Large dice - 150g
Carrots - diagonal rounds - 150g
Brussel sprouts - 1/2 diced - 350g
Rosemary - chopped - 1 Tablespoon
Olive oil- 1/4 cup
Salt - 2 Tablespoons
Pepper - 1 Tablespoon
Smoked paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic - sliced - 3 each
Add all the above ingredients onto one single sheet pan. Roast in the oven @425F for 25 minutes.
