Enjoy Chef Anthony's take on a healthier alternative to one of his absolute favorite snack - delicious, perfectly seasoned chicken wings
Ingredients:
Lemon & Herb Buttermilk Tabasco(optional) Grilled Chicken Wings
For this Recipe we recommend to use 1.5 lbs. of wings for each batch
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Buttermilk - 1 cup
Mustard - 1 Tablespoon
Tabasco (optional) - 2 Teaspoons
Thyme - 2 sprigs
Rosemary - 2 sprigs
Lemon - 1 slice
Cracked pepper - 2 Teaspoons
Onion & Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
Roasted Garlic - 1 Tablespoon
Shallot - sliced - 1/8
Combine all ingredients and marinate the wings. We recommend marinating the wings 24hrs prior for optimal flavor.
Grill the Chicken Wings on your BBQ on a medium to high heat
Ensure the Chicken wings reach the internal cooking temperature of 165F
